(More customer reviews)Ordered one trimmer with credit card, and was billed for two. Called at once. They promised to send a return authorization number & label right away. Said they would immediately refund the extra amount. Ad stated "Do not return without authorization."
Many phone calls later, each with assurances of sending return authorization & refund, it never occurred.BEWARE - this is a small time outfit with no scruples. Each time I call I receive the usual "all our operators are busy...etc." but the same person always answers & I always get the same supervisor. After several calls requesting the promised return authorization & shipping label, they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor - "Not available."
Their ad states "Buy direct from manufacturer!" BUT, the product is made in China and company (for return authorization) is in Carolina. Product is drop shipped drom Connecticut. These people appear to be a small operation selling this product for another company. You cannot speak to any one responsible if necessary.
